Welcome to the May 2019 edition. This month is quite delicious as we feature the amazing and diverse cuisine that the Tablelands has to offer in the pull-out Dining Guide on page 11.
With Mother’s Day in mind we have a wonderful article from Sarah Dobbs with some great encouragement for Mom’s to create healthy and delicious meals. Tales of the Tablelands features Stephanie Bethel who was instrumental in creating the continuous-care birthing model that has been praised across the country.
Hopefully by the time you are reading this issue, the rain will have subsided and we will be soaking up some beautiful sunshine. Either way, the creeks are full and the waterfalls are gushing. Paul Curtis has some beautiful photos and story to share, check it out on page 4.
