Wednesday Night Beginners Obedience CLASS 1
June 2 @ 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm AEST
Do you have a dog that just doesn’t seem to listen? A dog that wants to jump all over everyone and won’t sit still? Are you at a loss as to where to start training? Do you want a dog that can sit, drop, go to a mat when told? A dog that can perform basic tricks (e.g. Rally-O)? Do you want to have fun with your beloved hound whilst learning new things?
If you answered “Yes!” to any of the above then our Obedience classes are for you.
TDOC is a great way to learn the basics right up to more advanced skills! (check out our Super dogs)
Training takes place every Wednesday night, starting at 6pm for Beginners. Please allow a little bit of time to fill in the paperwork prior to your first class and register with our COVID officer on arrival.
We train rain, hail or shine (with the exception of cyclone warnings!). If the weather is to bad during a training session, e.g. a thunderstorm, we will pause training until it is safe to resume.
New intakes are held the first Wednesday of the month, with upgrading held at the end of each month.
Upgrading occurs when the chief instructor believes both you and your dog are ready to progress to the next level. You and your dog need to show that you both have a strong understanding of concepts to progress. Don’t stress if you don’t upgrade straight away! It is better not to rush through as this may cause dramas later.
