Starting from nodes 5 + 6 and with 3 distances to choose from, we’ve got something to challenge every dirt-loving, mountain-seeking trail-runner.
19km, 6km and 3km options.
The 19km course takes on Turtle rock loop then follows on to some more elevation on Lambs head loop. If you want a challenge this is the one for you!

The 6km loop – is certainly achievable but plenty tough. It is the first loop of the long course and includes the climb to Turtle Rock, travelling along the ridge to grab its breath before ripping into one of the greatest downhill runs ever (The Hurtle Down the Turtle), jumping across the creek to finish triumphantly at Nodes 5 + 6. Grubs 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

The 3km is our race purely for the grubs and juniors. Starting from nodes 5 + 6, the kids will jump across the creek and head 1.5km towards the back of Turtle Rock before turning around and racing back home. The challenge is to beat the 19km runners back to nodes 5 + 6 as both the 3km and the 19km races will start at the same time. Can they do it? We sure think so!
