Sound Healing Therapy- Atherton

‘Therapeutic Sound Healing’ is a safe space guided by certified practitioner Leilana Grace who will warmly welcome you and facilitate your experience through the use of her dynamic voice, ancient/modern instruments such as the medicine and ocean drums, rattles, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, harp, crystal harp, chimes, harmony balls, flute and gong, however sessions will vary in instruments used.
These sessions are beneficial for anyone who is looking to de-stress, relax, restore harmony to the energy body, increase joy/happiness, release toxic/negative emotions, feel empowered, gain new health tools, gain deeper awareness and connection to their body, improve sleep, try something new, optimise overall health and meet like-minded people in the community.

I invite you to stay after the session for 15minutes and connect over a cup of herbal tea 🙂

Comfort is important to allow the body to relax helping your mind to switch off…

Please bring:
Yoga Mat or other means of comfort to lay on (Not larger than the size of yoga mat)
Cushion to sit on/under head/under knees
Light Blanket
Eye Mask
Water Bottle
Mug
Journal (as option for notes straight after session with a tea)
Intention for the session
Willingness to create positive change

Please know: Sound Healing is not associated with any specific religion or belief however can be multi-faceted and varied in practices used with respect to shared learnings/teachings and tools for optimisation of human health.
There are contraindications to these particular sessions-(Please consult doctor prior to booking if unsure)
-Sound induced epilepsy
-1st trimester of Pregnancy (Please send me your email address and I can update you of any of my events specific to pregnancy)
-Psychosis or other serious mental health conditions
Vibrational medicine is subtle but very powerful and can have adverse effects to the stated contraindications above
