Mozzarella, Haloumi, & Feta are 3 fresh cheese that you can learn to make in your own kitchen without specialised equipment.

Learn also how to make your own delicious sourdough bread, wraps, sourdough crackers, & fermented foods inc. sauerkraut, fermented bean pate, tomato sauce, & fermented fruit paste.

These workshops are aimed at the beginner.
Included in these workshops is how to make easy sourdough bread from scratch & also how to create living throbbing with probiotic life lactic fermented foods.
