Ice bath, breath work and Qi Gong

Refresh, Rewire, Rejuvenate!

It’s time to re-invigorate your body. The last few years have been a wild ride for so many of us, so let’s take a moment to shake off anything our bodies maybe holding, reinvigorate our bodies and reset our brains.

We will begin with Qi gong for the lungs to bring, purge out the old and get our lung area expanded and ready. After Qi Gong we will move through a transformative flow of breath-work, including some breath holds and nervous system regulation. This breath work will prepare us for our ice bath experience! This will be a space where we do our best the makes sure each person feels safe and empowered. We do this by my pool so that we can enjoy basking in the dopamine and warm water between our icy dips.
We will then have a share lunch and laughs.

Breath Work, Ice baths and Qin Gong bring so many wonderful benefits to our body and our mind.

The list goes on, and on. And when we use these two modalities together, the potency is heightened. The main benefit that I enjoy though, is that it makes me feel like myself again. It’s like my whole body and soul gets a reset.
Together we will create a comfortable space where everyone feels welcome. Then we will gently begin to do a some movement to get our bodies ready for this releasing and rejuvenating immersion of heart opening breath-work, and igniting ice baths, finishing with balance and rest. We will work together to ensure that everyone feels as supported and accepted as possible.

🌿We will aim to finish by 11:30am, and share a meal and a swim.
Please wear, comfortable clothes and your swimmers if it’s not restrictive to do so.

🌿Yoga Mat

🌿Food to share if you would like stay for lunch.

♥️There are some contraindications to these modalities, and it’s safest to avoid coming to this workshop if you experience any of the following.
Epilepsy, Detached Retina�Glaucoma�Prior strokes or seizures�Pregnancy �Asthma (if you have asthma you can participate but you must have your inhaler available)
Bipolar disorder or schizophrenia
Psychotic or borderline psychotic states�Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve intense physical and/or emotional release.

If you have these conditions but would really like to experience breath-work, we can arrange a one on one session at another time as this would be safest for you.
