You will be guided through This Deep releasing Breathwork session that also incorporates Sound and Reiki… Meeting you where you are at.
Incorporating specially curated Music and instruments to take you on a journey.

We will connect and share Cacao before commencing the session and debrief after the session.

* Please wear comfortable clothing.
* Limit caffeine intake on the day.
* BYO Water and journal
* Only have a light meal before coming (You don’t want to be hungry, also don’t be starving 😊)
* BYO yoga mat, cushions, bolsters and blankets (what ever you need to be comfortable laying on the ground)
