Fire Forum

Bushfire already impacts the Mareeba Shire region, and projections show this is likely to increase in future. Join us for this free forum to learn best practice strategies to manage current and future fire risks to your property, and improve your bushfire preparedness.
On the day, we’ll hear from Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES), the Queensland Fire and Biodiversity Consortium, researchers, and speakers from industry and natural resource management.
This forum is also an opportunity for networking and connecting with other local property managers, while enjoying free catering for afternoon tea and dinner. On the day, you’ll be invited to register your interest for future training sessions through this project.
